Our organization, WCSF CHARITYSPIRIT FOUNDATION, recently launched the "Save Girl, Educate Girl" campaign in Chatra district, Jharkhand. Founded with the support of education experts and partner NGOs such as Jharkhand Serve and Dream WCSF CHARITYSPIRIT FOUNDATION, our goal is to develop one of the most cost-effective and sustainable models for educating girls in the country. Educate Girls aims to break the cycle of poverty through education, working closely with government schools, empowering rural communities, and mobilizing local youth as education ambassadors.
Our organization, WCSF CHARITYSPIRIT FOUNDATION, recently organized a food distribution event for impoverished communities in Chatra district, Jharkhand. The COVID-19 lockdown has severely impacted vulnerable groups such as migrant laborers, waste pickers, single mothers, artisans, and sex workers. To mitigate the effects of this crisis and ensure these individuals have access to essential supplies, not-for-profit organizations are actively seeking funds. To support these efforts and connect you with on-the-ground initiatives, WCSF CHARITYSPIRIT FOUNDATION has compiled a list of verified NGOs, charities, and private institutions working towards this cause. Each project has been vetted to ensure that volunteers adhere to government health and safety guidelines while distributing aid.
Our organization “WCSF CHARITYSPIRIT FOUNDATION” organized Help To Old Age People & Orphan Children at CHATRA district of JHARKHAND state. people live with dignity all their life and suddenly one day they are left with no choice but to beg to survive. In villages, many elderly are left alone after their children move to the cities in search of better livelihood. In the last few years of their lives, who will they look up to? Here are a few WCSF CHARITYSPIRIT FOUNDATION senior citizen NGO which are trying to help the elderly and make sure that they are taken care of in their old age.
The Child Education Program focuses on enhancing educational opportunities for children, particularly in underserved and vulnerable communities. Key components typically include:

2. Teacher Training: Equipping educators with effective teaching methods and tools to enhance learning outcomes.

WCSF Promoting Positive Body Image: Women often face unrealistic expectations about their bodies. We promote positive body image and self-esteem by encouraging women to embrace their unique beauty.
WCSF arranging month on month Free Medical Camp in Different Locations like Small Village’s, slum area, schools, government offices, private sector offices, army/navy/AirForce areas. Also WCSF provide free Medicine for needy peoples. WCSF arranged free Eye Checkup Campaign for all the Slum areas and villages’ also… We are providing free Frames for Needy peoples.
WCSF Focus on Climate Change: Climate change is one of the most pressing environmental issues facing the world today. our NGO is helping raise awareness about the causes and effects of climate change, as well we are as promote solutions to reduce its impact. Biodiversity: Biodiversity is essential for the health of the planet, and our WCSF is helping protect and conserve it. also we are include advocating for the protection of endangered species, promoting sustainable agriculture, and supporting the conservation of natural habitats. WCSF goal is zero Pollution: Pollution is a major environmental issue, and WCSF is helping reduce its impact by advocating for cleaner production processes, promoting the use of renewable energy sources, and raising awareness about the dangers of air and water pollution. Waste Management: Waste management is an important environmental issue, WCSF is helping reduce the amount of waste produced by promoting recycling and composting, advocating for better waste management policies, and raising awareness about the dangers of improper waste disposal. Sustainable Development: Sustainable development is essential for the future of the planet, so WCSF is helping promote it by advocating for renewable energy sources, promoting sustainable agriculture, and supporting the conservation of natural resources.
To provide skill training in tailoring, our organization has trained 60 women aged 18 to 35 in a 3-month program. During this period, we conducted 4 batches of training, totaling 300 women and girls who learned cutting, stitching, embroidery, and various dressmaking techniques.
Out of the trainees, 90% secured employment in private sectors across districts such as Latehar, Chatra, Gumla, and Khunti. The remaining 10% were supported in becoming entrepreneurs in their local areas through credit facilitation provided by our organization.
We ensured that all trained participants had opportunities for income generation and improved their standard of living. Training was accessed at no cost to the trainees, with our organization covering a portion of the training fees.
To ensure the educated youth persons employment and their improved income sources we have provided computer training to the educated and unemployed youths both in rural and urban areas. By which we have select 50 no’s of youths both and girls having minimum of 8th standard of educational qualification. Each batch of the trainees were given training for a period of 3 months for typing, repairing, browsing, internet were educated to the youths. In this regard 4 no’s of the batches were given training and all the trained 620 no’s were placed in employment in various private sectors with good salary and socially respectable employment. Now they are leading a good standard of living. This training has provided to them at a well reputed training institute through by our sponsorship and the poor youth access to the Trainings on free of cost.
URJA Menstrual Care Campaign “My Energy, My Identity — Every Woman’s Pride” In many rural and tribal communities, menstruation is still surrounded by stigma and silence. WCSF’s URJA Campaign breaks this taboo by promoting menstrual dignity, awareness, and access to safe, eco-friendly hygiene solutions. URJA is not just a pad distribution drive—it’s a movement. It empowers women through education, livelihood, and leadership. Biodegradable, organic pads are produced by rural women and distributed across 200+ panchayats. Over 200 women earn a sustainable income through production and outreach, while trained Panchayat Mahila Mitras lead awareness drives and workshops. The campaign’s “Swachhta Pathshala” program reaches adolescent girls in schools through interactive sessions, hygiene kits, and emotional support—ensuring no girl misses school due to her period. URJA also provides hygiene, nutrition, and clothing kits to vulnerable women, integrating health, dignity, and empowerment. Its sustainable social sales model reinvests proceeds into community wellness, making menstrual care a right—not a privilege. Active across Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Maharashtra, URJA has impacted over 1 lakh women and girls.
